Rather than designing one large deck, this project was thoughtfully divided into three outdoor destinations, each serving a different purpose while maintaining a cohesive appearance throughout the property.

Backyard Lounge

Nestled beside the home’s beautiful water feature, the backyard deck creates a comfortable gathering place for entertaining family and friends. The warm tones of the Mahogany PVC decking complement the surrounding landscape while providing the durability and low maintenance expected from a premium outdoor living space.

Primary Suite Retreat

Adjacent to the primary suite, a private deck sits beneath a StruXure louvered pergola, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat that can be enjoyed throughout the changing Pacific Northwest seasons. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day, the space feels like a natural extension of the home.

Lake View Café Deck

One of the most unique spaces on the property is the curved entry deck overlooking Lake Washington and downtown Bellevue. Designed as an intimate seating area, it offers breathtaking panoramic views while showcasing the home’s remarkable architecture.

One of the defining elements of this project isn’t immediately obvious—but it represents the level of craftsmanship required to execute truly custom work.

Because the home’s architecture features continuous sweeping curves, standard installation methods would have interrupted the natural flow of the design. Instead, custom bending forms were fabricated to carefully heat-bend the TimberTech PVC decking, allowing each curved board to precisely follow the home’s architecture.

The result is a seamless transition between the home and the outdoor living spaces, preserving the original design intent while delivering the beauty and longevity of premium composite decking.
